I began working in the film industry in 1982.
I have had a broad range of experience as a film & video camera operator.
This experience includes both full-time employment, with Hoyts-Jumbuck,
in Brisbane for over two and a half years. Freelance work for over thirty
companies, (with National, Regional and state representation). I have operated
on a wide range of projects on and off land (ie. submarine, maritime, light
aircraft and helicopter).
My experience includes camera operation
on documentary films in Far North Queensland, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Thailand,
India and Nepal as well as the production of National, State and Regional
commercials in Brisbane and Sydney.
Graded by B.T.Q. 7 Brisbane as a “C” grade cinematographer
in 1984.
